Laser cutting

 Laser cutting is one of the most basic methods of metal fabrication. Although it is a basic method, there are a lot of details that need to be taken care of. First of all, the laser master needs to set the starting and ending positions of the cut based on experience in order to really ensure the contour, flatness and quality of the cut item.
 
 Secondly, the power should be adjusted for different materials and different thicknesses of plates to avoid burns. Coke, with insufficient power, is not easy to cut, so the seemingly simple laser cutting process actually hides a lot of specialized skills. In addition, laser cutting is well suited to the current market, i.e., a small amount of diversity.

Sheet metal parts bending

 Sheet metal bending allows products to take on a relatively three-dimensional shape, producing more complex contours and meeting the institutional needs of many technical products.

Stamping

Stamping is a common manufacturing method used in mass production of metal products. The machine tool used for stamping is called a punch, and the dies used are called stamping dies.

With the force of the machine tool, sheet metal is cut, bent or pounded into shape to form the shape and size of the die. In fact, laser cutting and sheet metal bending, described above, are processing methods that have evolved from press molding, primarily to meet a variety of processing needs.

Sandblasting and a proper surface manufacturing process can make the product less likely to be scratched or scuffed.

Hairline

Hairline textures can fully express the character of cold and masculine metals that are full of personality.
 Different thicknesses of textures are chosen to properly enhance the overall quality of the business.
 Hairline processing can be selected in different directions.
Hairline finishing is suitable for stainless steel and aluminum alloy surfaces.

Anodizing

Anodizing creates a protective layer on the surface of aluminum alloys to retard oxidation and increase their strength.
 Anodizing services are combined with sandblasting and hairline finishes to visually present colorful and detailed textures.
 Anodized finishes are available in different colors.
 The anodizing manufacturing process requires the product to be lifted or clamped, so the location of the clamping point needs to be considered.

Vibratory Grinding

"A process for removing sharp edges from metal products."

Vibratory grinding is commonly used for sharp edge treatment of metal products. Sand and gravel are mixed into the metal workpiece. After a long period of vibration, it finishes the edges of stainless steel products, avoids cuts, and makes the metal surface shinier.
 The cost of vibratory grinding is lower than the cost of polishing (mirror finish), making it a compromise for products with cost considerations.
 The shape of the metal product affects the machining yield, testing the experience of the designer and precision machine works.

Laser engraving

 Laser engraving is mainly used in the final process of a product to display a logo, text message or to add some pattern to the product.
 Laser engraving is suitable for engraving on stainless steel or darker (finish) metal surfaces and presents a more visible message.
 It is the finishing touch to highlight the brand image of the metal product.

Paint Finish

Paint treatment is an alternative texture that uses the lacquer on the paint as a surface treatment for both protection and performance.
 Different types of paints can be selected for paint treatment, such as: mirror piano paint, matte paint, textured paint, leather paint, etc. for metal surfaces, providing a wide choice of colors and textures.
 The color of the paint can also be adjusted according to the color specified by the customer.
