1, 45 steel - high-quality carbon structural steel, is the most commonly used medium-carbon tempered steel.

2, Q235A (A3 steel) - the most commonly used carbon structural steel

Main features: high plasticity, toughness and welding properties, cold stamping properties, and a certain degree of strength, good cold bending properties. Application examples: widely used in general requirements of the parts and welded structures. Such as the force is not big tie rod, connecting rod, pin, shaft, screws, nuts, rings, brackets, seats, building structures, bridges and so on.

3, 40Cr - one of the most widely used steel, is an alloy structural steel

4, HT150 - gray cast iron

7, 0Cr18Ni9 - the most commonly used stainless steel (U.S. steel number 304, Japanese steel number SUS304)

8, Cr12 - commonly used cold work mold steel (U.S. steel number D3, Japanese steel number SKD1)

10, DCCr12MoV - wear-resistant chrome steel

Produced in China, the Cr12 steel with low carbon content, and the addition of Mo and V, carbide inhomogeneity has been improved, MO can reduce carbide segregation and improve hardenability, V can refine the grain to increase toughness. This steel has high hardenability, cross-section in 400mm can be completely quenched, in 300 ~ 400 ℃ can still maintain good hardness and wear resistance, Cr12 has a high toughness, quenching volume change is small, but also has a high wear resistance and good overall mechanical properties. 11, SKD11 - toughness of chromium steel

Japan Hitachi Ltd. production. Technically improve the steel casting organization, grain refinement. Cr12mov toughness and wear resistance has improved. Extends the service life of the mold.

12, D2 - high-carbon, high-chromium cold work steel

United States production. With high hardenability, hardenability, wear resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, good quenching and polishing corrosion resistance, heat treatment deformation is small, suitable for the manufacture of a variety of requirements for high-precision, long-life cold work molds, cutting tools and gauges, such as tensile molds, cold extrusion molds, cold shear knives and so on.


13, SKD11 (SLD) - non-deformation toughness of high chromium steel

Japan Hitachi Ltd. production. 14, DC53 - high toughness high chromium steel

15, SKH-9 - wear resistance, toughness of the general high-speed steel

16,ASP-23---Powder metallurgy high-speed steel

Swedish production. Carbide distribution is very uniform, wear-resistant, high toughness, easy processing, heat treatment size stability. Used for punches, deep drawing molds, drilling molds, milling cutters and shear blades and other types of long-life cutting tools.

17,P20--General requirements of the size of plastic molds

Made in USA. Electro-etching operation. Factory state pre-hardened HB270-300. quenching hardness HRC52.

18,718--High requirements of the size of plastic molds

Made in Sweden. Especially for electro-etching operation. Factory state pre-hardened HB290-330. quenching hardness HRC52.

19,Nak80---high mirror surface, high precision plastic molds

Japan Tatung Co. Factory state pre-hardened HB370-400. quenching hardness HRC52

20,S136--Anti-corrosion and mirror polishing plastic molds

Made in Sweden. Factory state pre-hardened HB <215. Quenching hardness HRC52.

21,H13--Ordinary commonly used die-casting molds

For aluminum, zinc, magnesium and alloy die casting. Hot stamping die, aluminum extrusion die.

22,SKD61--Advanced die-casting molds
