Machining Inspection Process

A good precision machine shop must have a first-class inspection process and inspection equipment. Here is a brief introduction to Richconn's inspection standards.

I. the scope of application of machined parts inspection standards

This standard applies to the cutting process of the inspection characteristics of the inspection, which, cutting process including CNC turning, CNC milling, grinding, boring, planing, hole processing, broaching and clamping operations and so on. At the same time for the size of the basic principles of inspection, environmental requirements, appearance inspection, linear tolerances and so on have certain provisions.

III. Dimensional inspection standards

1, the basic principle: this acceptance method only accepts the size of the acceptance work located in the provisions of the size of the workpiece, for the requirements of the fit, the size of the inspection needs to comply with the Taylor principle, the role of the hole or shaft size is not allowed to exceed the actual size.

2, the principle of minimum deformation: in order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the measurement results, should try to avoid the influence of various factors, so that the deformation programmed to minimize.

3, the shortest size chain principle: in order to ensure a certain measurement accuracy, the measurement chain should be as short as possible.

4, the principle of closure: in the measurement, if you can meet the conditions of closure, which the sum of the interval deviation is zero, which is called the principle of closure.

5, the basic principle of consent: vehicle benchmarks should be consistent with the design benchmarks, process benchmarks.

IV. the standards of environmental testing

1, temperature: ways to reduce and eliminate temperature-induced errors in the standard temperature of 20 degrees Celsius below the test, so that the gauge and the workpiece material to form a consistent, balanced temperature. At the same time to ensure that the inspection site to avoid direct sunlight, to prevent heat sources such as heating and doors and windows out of the cold air caused by temperature changes.

2, humidity: high humidity has a huge impact on the product. It is easy to cause product rust, moldy instruments and equipment. When the humidity is high, you can use dehumidification equipment to remove water, or the rational use of desiccant. At the same time to ensure that the inspector's dry state.

3, cleanliness: including dust, corrosion and so on are the content of cleanliness. Inspection places need to stay away from dust sources such as grinders. Also way corrosive gases, away from the laboratory, pickling and other work sites.

4, vibration: workbench to be stable, away from large-scale machining equipment and other vibration sources.

V. Appearance inspection

1, inspection method: visual inspection. This is a certain requirement for the inspector's eyesight, the need for inspectors to correct the visual acuity to more than 1.0.

2, inspection distance: workpiece to the eyes of the distance of about 1000px.

3, inspection time: general inspection of an appearance in 4 minutes to 5 minutes.

4, surface defects: the finished surface of the workpiece can not have obvious scratches, injuries, pressure and other traces. Nor can there be obvious knife lines, vibration lines and so on.
